CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MOLE CAB:

Cancellation fee is charged to compensate drivers for the time, effort and fuel spent while trying to reach the pickup location

You may be charged a cancellation fee if any one of the following occurs:

For Mole Cab sharing :

• Cancellation charges for cancellation done before 24 hours time of travel : Rs. 110 per seat.
• Cancellation charges for cancellation done before 12 hours but later than 24 hours from time of travel : Rs. 210 per seat.
• No refund for the any cancellations done within 12 hours time before time of travel.

For Reserved Cab , Sight Seeing &Tour Packages are:

• Cancellation charges for cancellation done before 10 days from time of travel : - 6% of the Total Amount.
• Cancellation charges for cancellation done before 5 days but later than 10 days from time of travel : - 22% of the Total Amount.
• Cancellation charges for cancellation done before 2 days but later than 5 days from time of travel : - 50% of the Total Amount.
• No refund for the any cancellations done within 2 days time before time of travel.

Refunds

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above,
then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues,
